The Reset @ Haven Arc

Thank you all for meeting me for The Reset.

Sometimes, you don’t need to start over, you just need to reset. Allow Haven Arc to be a testimony to that, as I had to take a moment to pause what I began to build 6 years ago.

A reset is not a bad thing. Take a reset as an opportunity to pause long enough to ask yourself: How am I really doing? What has been weighing on me? What do I need to release? What do I want to make room for?

When you really look at the word "reset," you'll see the word Rest. Sometimes God calls us to rest, and be still so that we can truly be present and receive.

That’s what The Reset is all about. Haven Arc welcomes you back into this space to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally make room for what matters. This isn’t about becoming a completely different person overnight. It’s not about perfection, unrealistic routines, or pretending that life is suddenly figured out. This is about making small, meaningful shifts.

A reset for you may look like finally releasing what you have been holding in. Perhaps through a journal, a good cry, or a meaningful conversation. Your reset may look like getting back into prayer. It may look like setting a boundary. It can also look like cleaning your space, taking a walk, drinking more water, putting your phone down, or simply giving yourself permission to r e s t. Sometimes, a reset is realizing that God is still working, even in the seasons that feel messy, quiet, or uncertain.

I invite you to pause, reassess, and give yourself grace to start again.

Welcome back to The Arc, your safe Haven. Take a breath, clear some space, come back to yourself, and reset.

How often do you take time to be still?

  • As often as I need.

  • Hardly ever.
