What Is a Hero?
Hero: A person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievement, or noble qualities.
A hero is a savior. A hero rescues another from impending danger, and in this case I save myself. Haven Arc is the safe space built for everyone to release, share, express, and connect without judgment.
Sharing your story may save someone else, someone else’s story may save you, and get you to see that you are not alone, you’re not crazy, you’re valid and you matter.
