Welcome to Haven Arc. Haven Arc is a community created to encourage reflection, journaling, self-care, personal growth, connection, and wellness.

By accessing or using the Haven Arc website, creating an account, joining a group, submitting content, or interacting with the Haven Arc community, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or its services.

1. About Haven Arc

Haven Arc provides a space for community connection, journaling, educational content, self-care activities, discussions, events, and other wellness-oriented resources.

Haven Arc is not a medical, mental-health, therapeutic, emergency, or crisis-response service.

Nothing provided through Haven Arc—including articles, journal prompts, challenges, discussions, community posts, meditations, workshops, or other resources—should be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice.

2. Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer

Haven Arc cares deeply about the well-being of its community. However, Haven Arc does not provide emergency intervention, crisis counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing professional mental-health services.

If you or someone else is experiencing a mental-health crisis or is in immediate danger:

Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

For an immediate, life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Please do not rely on Haven Arc, its website, its members, administrators, moderators, or community content for emergency assistance.

Haven Arc cannot guarantee that a community member, moderator, administrator, or representative will see or respond to a crisis-related post, message, comment, or submission.

3. Community Participation

Haven Arc is intended to be a supportive and respectful community.

By participating, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or target another person.

• Engage in hateful, discriminatory, or abusive behavior.

• Share another person's private or identifying information without permission.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• Use the platform to facilitate illegal activity.

• Post content that intentionally encourages violence or harm.

• Spam, scam, solicit, or excessively promote unrelated products or services.

• Upload content that violates another person's intellectual-property rights.

• Use Haven Arc to provide or seek professional services while falsely representing yourself as a licensed professional.

• Post content that is sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate for the community.

• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or another member's account.

Haven Arc reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when these Terms or community standards are violated.

4. User-Generated Content

Haven Arc may allow members to submit journal entries, comments, images, discussions, profile information, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the original content you create and submit.

By submitting User Content to Haven Arc, you grant Haven Arc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the Haven Arc platform and community.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's rights.

5. Anonymous Submissions

Haven Arc may offer features that allow members to submit content publicly without displaying their name.

Choosing an "anonymous" display option does not necessarily mean that the submission is technically anonymous to Haven Arc or its administrators.

Haven Arc may retain account, technical, or other information associated with a submission as described in its Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.

Members should avoid including personally identifying or highly sensitive information in anonymous submissions if they do not want that information publicly displayed.

6. Community Posts, Comments & Interactions

Haven Arc may provide features such as likes, comments, groups, profiles, journal feeds, and other interactive community tools.

Content posted by community members represents the views and experiences of those members and does not necessarily represent the views of Haven Arc.

Haven Arc does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, reliability, or appropriateness of content submitted by other members.

Please use appropriate judgment when interacting with people online and avoid sharing sensitive personal information with individuals you do not personally know.

7. Moderation

Haven Arc may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve User Content.

Because a community platform cannot guarantee that every post or interaction will be reviewed immediately, Haven Arc does not guarantee that inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or crisis-related content will be identified or removed immediately.

Haven Arc may take action when it becomes aware of content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.

8. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interactions, and use of information obtained through Haven Arc.

Wellness practices, journaling exercises, self-care challenges, movement activities, meditation, educational information, and other resources may not be appropriate for every individual.

9. Events, Activities & Physical Wellness

Haven Arc may offer or promote activities such as stretching, movement sessions, workshops, outdoor gatherings, or other wellness activities.

Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and for taking reasonable precautions while participating.

If you have questions about whether a physical activity is appropriate for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Haven Arc does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, mental-health, physical, financial, spiritual, or other outcome from using the website, participating in the community, completing challenges, attending events, or using Haven Arc resources.

Individual experiences and results will vary.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

Haven Arc may contain links, integrations, products, services, or resources provided by third parties.

Haven Arc does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, policies, content, availability, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Haven Arc's original branding, website design, graphics, written materials, logos, names, original journal prompts, challenges, and other original content belong to Haven Arc or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Haven Arc's proprietary content without prior written permission.

If you create an account with Haven Arc, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify Haven Arc if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haven Arc and its owners, operators, administrators, moderators, contributors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Haven Arc platform.
